A sprawling Mediterranean-style estate outside of Dallas that offers a slew of amenities including a full-size basketball court, a gym, a bowling alley and an indoor, glass-enclosed trampoline, has come to the market for $19.995 million.

Sitting on 3.6 acres of land in Southlake, Texas, about 25 minutes northwest of Dallas, the three-story mansion has more than 31,234 square feet of living space with eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, according to last week’s listing with Breah Brown and Tracy Tutor of Douglas Elliman.

The home was custom built in 2016 for an executive in the construction industry, per property records. It features luxurious finishes throughout and is equipped with smart-home technology across the three levels, according to the listing.

Dubbed “an entertainer’s paradise,” the home also has a game room, a batting cage and a golf simulator. On the same level there is also a sports bar and a kitchen, according to the listing.

Other amenities include wine storage, a yoga studio, a beauty room, an elevator and fireplaces, the listing said.

Outdoors, the resort-like grounds have two saltwater pools with a waterslide, covered terraces, a nine-car garage and ample space for baseball or football fields.

The sellers as well as their listing agents were not immediately available for comment.

The listing is currently the most expensive in Southlake, followed by a 7.1-acre estate with a 20,708-square-foot home asking $12.5 million, according to listings on Zillow.
