BCD Group, one of the oldest construction and design company BCD Group has bagged project worth Rs 75 crores to build Uber luxury boutique residences in Koramangala 3rd block.
The super luxury residential project in the billionaires lane has a total outlay of Rs 100 crore, covering an area of 1.5 lakh sq ft. The project will boast of 30 premium apartments and residences and will be completed by 2025.
As part of the multi-million dollar project, BCD India has been roped in to undertake turnkey contracts from excavation to hand over delivery.
This comes at an opportune time when the luxury housing segment is witnessing a constant rise in demand, particularly post the COVID-19 pandemic with an increasing number of High Networth Individuals (HNIs) and Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) investing in premium housing societies to build quality assets.
This contract comes amidst a growing demand for quality developers offering services from design consultation to handover and BCD has been the preferred choice of land owners.
